Cancellation/Refund

Please note, in the event that the customer* fails to attend or withdraws from a training course for which a booking has been made and paid for, without providing at least 28 days written notice prior to the scheduled commencement date, the following cancellation charges will be applied.

1-7 calendar days = 100% Cancellation charge

8-21 calendar days = 50% Cancellation Charge

22-28 calendar days = 25% Cancellation Charge

>28 calendar days = No Cancellation Charge

If the customer* attends the course but fails to bring ID they will be unable to stay for the duration of the course and will not be allowed to sit the exam. They will then be contacted about rearranging the course and there will be a £25 admin charge. We do not offer refunds if the customer* attends with no ID and chooses not to rearrange.

*Customer refers to delegate placed on course or co-ordinator who made the booking on behalf of the delegate.

Unforeseen circumstances

If for any reason GlobeUs Training Ltd are unable to deliver a course due to unforeseen circumstances and the course has been paid in full by the customer, GlobeUs Training Ltd will offer alternative dates or a full refund or there part of.

Booking

For all group bookings, GlobeUs Training Ltd will require a deposit equivalent to 10% of the total booking cost with the remaining balance paid no fewer than 7 calendar days prior to the date of the course. This deposit is to cover the cost of registrations, materials and room hire (if applicable.) If course is subsequently cancelled by the customer the deposit will be retained to cover administration costs.

This policy sets out how GlobeUs Training Ltd uses and protects any information that you give GlobeUs Training Ltd when you use this website. Please see the links below to download the full policy. By ticking to accept the terms and conditions you accept the use of personal data as laid out in the policy; if at any point you change your preferences please contact us immediately. We do not store credit card details.
