Team Leading and Management
Are you a Team Leader or a Manager?
Through our delivery partner, HTP Training, we are able to promote Team Leading and Management courses within the workplace; both programmes are perfect for anyone leading or managing a team of staff at any level, and can help to build knowledge, skills and confidence in the sector. The courses are not only limited to office workers; we often work with Managers, Deputy Managers, and Room Leaders within Nurseries and Pre-Schools, and we are passionate about being able to offer new and exciting opportunities to people wishing to further their careers.
Level 2 Intermediate Apprenticeship In Team Leading
As part of the Intermediate Apprenticeship, you’ll achieve the following qualifications:
• Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Team Leading
• Level 1 Functional Skills in Maths, English and ICT
Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship in Management
As part of the Advanced Apprenticeship, you’ll achieve the following qualifications:
• Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Management
• Level 2 Functional Skills in Maths, English and ICT
There are no formal entry requirements but you’ll need to have a basic level of English and Maths. If you already hold Functional Skills Level 1 or 2 qualifications, or GCSEs, you may be exempted from the Functional Skills elements of the programmes – your Assessor will be able to help you with this.
